mixed feelings about this place
early closing faulty extractor fan
the breakfast was great. the staff were attentive and the disabled parking was useful.
i partly booked this place for the bar. i wanted to have a drink or two after being out, but it was closed early both nights. the reception didn't offer us a bottle to take to our room and the bathroom extractor fan didn't work.

quiet road great location outdoor seating great breakfast small room wet room faulty toilet
The room was very clean! The location is in a quiet road near the seafront. Bar facilities were available and an outdoor seating area was a bonus. Breakfast was great with a good selection.
The room was small. It was definitely not an executive suite. I noticed there was no bedside table. The wet room resulted in everything getting soaked like the towels. The toilet never flushed correctly.

good size wet room tasty breakfast
The room had a wet room. I found its size very GOOD. The staff assisted my disabled mother with her room. It also had a wet room shower. Breakfast was tasty. I thought it was very nice.
The ROOM had noises from footsteps above. I did not like it.
